About me
I obtained my Phd in Educational Sciences at KULeuven, Belgium, with a dissertation that sought to understand the associations between academic performance, psychosocial functioning and parenting in Peruvian children and their families.
I have a Master of Science with a Mention in Quantitative Analysis in the Social Sciences from the KULeuven. I also have postgraduate studies in educational psychology from Universidad Peruano Cayetano Heredia (UPCH), PerĂº , and I have a degree in psychology from Universidad de Lima, PerĂº.
I have worked as professor in different universities, teaching courses as Advanced Statistical Methods, Thesis I and II, Psychological Research Methods among others at the graduate and post graduate level (master and doctoral program).
My research interests include: psychological assessment, adolescence, emerging adulthood, parenting and family studies.
I am currently involved in several international studies, regarding parental burnout and positive youth development.
